We
celebrated Kartini’s day on 2nd May or 3rd May (I
forgot). The school made some competitions. Designing clothes from recycled
things, cooking for the boys, and wall magazine.
The boys
cooked Fried rice. I heard that they forgot to bring some of the ingredients
but I dunno. The boys said that they didn’t use soy sauce, but the jury liked
it. They also said that the drink they made isn’t sweet enough. It’s because
they didn’t bring sugar I guess.
For the
designing competition, we didn’t have enough members. There are only less than
8 girls. We didn’t know what to do. But really feel sorry to the person who
wore it. But she has the most Kartini look like.
Wall
magazine, I didn’t know what to say. But Studio has done a hard work on it.
Even we
didn’t win anything, we actually had fun J

“Hunger
games? Is that a game that people have to eat? “ That’s what I thought about
the Hunger Games. It was a coincidence knowing the book. I was in an angkot one
day. I saw a girl with same age as me reading a book without caring anything
around her. She sat in front of me. I could see the cover of the book and read
it a little.
Not very
long time after that, I bought the books the first one of the trilogy. It is great! Hunger games isn't about eating. It's about how to stay a life. to kill other children from another districts. I like
the character and how cute Peeta is around Katniss. I also like Prim, she
seemed fragile. And how Katniss volunteered herself. After reading the first
book I bought the 2nd book and the last.
But I also thought what if the tributes didn't want to kill the others so they should stop the game?the Capitol must have
known that someday the tributes might decide not to fight, and just stand there
without doing anything. So they created the Careers. They’re trained to kill,
and even if the other districts do nothing, the Careers will still keep the
Games going.
I also
couldn’t wait to watch the movie. I watched it with my friend. A little bit disappointed with the movie. but overall it is not bad. and for the people who haven't read it, the movie considered to be a good movie.

Harry
Potter. The first time when I heard that name was when I was in elementary
school. I knew it from children magazine. I asked my mother to buy the book.
This book was the first big book I read. Without knowing that there were 6 books
of it (2005/2006), I actually wanted the 6th books. But mum bought
me the first book. I gave it a shot and I couldn’t even stop reading it until
the last page.
The first
Harry potter movie I watched was Harry Potter and the chamber of secret. My dad
bought me before I liked the books. From that I like Draco Malfoy, I don’t know
why. It’s usually the good looking bad boy I like.
By that
time I always waited for the last book and used to wait the next movies. But
now, There’s only 1 movie I am waiting for : Catching Fire.
